Raffaella Montera, PhD in Marketing and Communication, is a Non-Tenured Assistant Professor at Pegaso University and holds the qualification of Associate Professor in Business Management.
She has been Adjunct Professor at different Italian Universities and Research Fellow at University of Florence. She has been a Visiting Professor at the College of Business, Northern Illinois University (USA), and at Reald University College (Albania), Department of Management.
She has been a speaker at many national and international conferences, such as Academy of Management and EURAM Annual Conferences.
She is the author of monographs and papers published in international scientific journals, such as Business Strategy and the Environment, The TQM Journal, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing. Her main research interests are focused on sustainability, digital transformation, purpose-led companies, and strategic management.
