Federico Carere (Member, IEEE) received the M.S. degree (summa cum laude) in electrical engineering and the Ph.D. degree in Engineering and Applied Science for Energy and Industry from Sapienza University of Rome, Rome, Italy, in 2019 and 2023, respectively.
He is currently a tenure-track researcher with the Department of Information Science and Technology, Telematic University Pegaso.
His research activity is focused on non-destructive testing based on eddy-current techniques especially for aerospace sector applications. Other current research interests include the distributed measurement systems for modern electric grids, sensor realization and characterization.
He has authored and co-authored peer-reviewed papers in international journals and proceedings of international conferences.
