
Adelaide Ippolito is an Associate Professor of Business Economics (ECON-06/A) at the Department of Information Science and Technologies, Pegaso Digital University. She holds the National Scientific Qualification for Full Professor in the Competition Sector 13/ECON-06 – Business Economics.
Member of the University Commission for the recognition of CFU for the Degree Course LM/47 Member for the LM47 CdS of the Joint Teachers/Students Commission of the Faculty of Human Sciences, Education and Sport. Contact person and coordinator of the Pegaso Srl Telematic University for relations with the Department of Public Function for OIV courses. Member of the teaching board of the following doctorates: “Educational models and contexts: sport, inclusion and technologies” (cycle XXXVIII); “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” (cycle XXXIX); “Digital Transformation” (cycle XXXIX); “Digital Transformation” (XL cycle).
Adelaide Ippolito is graduated in Economics and Commerce and obtained a PhD in Business Administration at the University of Naples Federico II. She was awarded a four-year research grant for the project: “Expert in Management of Local Public Services” at the Department of Business Studies and Research of the University of Salerno. She has been adjunct professor at: “Magna Græcia” University of Catanzaro, University of Salerno and Federico II University of Naples.
Since 1992 she has been carrying out research in the field of service management and public services, with particular attention to healthcare companies. She carries out teaching and consultancy activities for health professionals, private and public bodies.
She is external reviewer of: Journal of Governance and Regulation, Corporate and Business Strategy Review, Corporate Governance and Research & Development Studies, Corporate Board: Role, Duties and Composition. She collaborated with the National Agency for Regional Health Services (AGENAS) as a senior expert for technical-scientific activities carried out in support of operational, technical and scientific coordination within the National Operational Program “Governance and Institutional Capacity 2014-2020”, PONGOV Chronicity “Supporting the challenge of chronicity with the support of ICT”.
She is a member of Independent Evaluation Bodies in the health sector. She has published books and articles in International and Italian scientific journals on the management of public services, with particular reference to the health sector.
